After Audi UK have sent out brochures to customers who have requested them, they follow up a few weeks later with an email offering a gentle nudge in the general direction of a test drive. BBH Art Director Mark Lees and I were asked to put together a few options for customers who had specifically asked for the A3 and A3 Sportback brochures, as well as those customers who had requested any two brochures from across the range.
We wanted to instill a little creativity into what have historically been fairly basic emails. We did this by making sure each option had a nice simple idea within it, that could work for both sets of customers.
